Can I order something besides tote shelving?
Yes. Choose Storage shelves, Workbenches or Custom builds above. Set your preferred dimensions and options, then request a quote. Final materials, price, load limits and timing are agreed before any order is accepted.
Will my totes fit?
Our standard shelves are built for the common 102 L / 27-gallon black totes with yellow lids sold at Home Depot and Costco. Choose custom size for other totes. Brands can vary, so we confirm your model or outside measurements before building.
Can I choose a 3 × 4 layout?
Yes. That means three columns across and four rows high, with room for twelve totes. Our maximum tote rack size is three columns wide and four rows high (12 totes). Final height, stability and construction are reviewed before production.
Can I add more modules later?
The kit concept is intended for modular assembly. Expansion compatibility, connector hardware and whether a future module will fit must be confirmed for your actual build. Do not assume any two units can be joined safely.
Can I add wheels to a taller shelf?
Yes. Wheels are available on every shelf layout, including 3 × 4 and other taller configurations. Choose locking wheels in the builder; the workshop confirms the caster specification for your build.
Are totes included?
No. The shelf illustration shows totes to explain the layout. Your quote covers the wooden shelf and selected add-ons unless totes are explicitly listed.
How much weight will it hold?
Load ratings have not been supplied or tested for this draft. Final per-bay, top and total ratings must be established for the actual construction before sale. The plywood top is not a seat, step or certified workbench.
How long will it take?
Your accepted quote will contain a specific supply and completion date. We have not published a lead-time promise because workshop capacity has not yet been confirmed.
Can I pay online?
Stripe checkout is prepared, but payments are disabled until the business account, approved pricing, taxes and final ordering terms are configured. The preview never asks for your card details.
What if there’s a problem?
Contact the business with your order reference and details. Mandatory consumer rights remain in place for custom work. Read the cancellation and defects policies for the draft process.
